It's necessary to think about social and cultural functions to ensure a comfortable life of the population, social interaction in the already existing community and support for incoming residents in the new part of the city. The semester work follows the proposal of revitalization of Svratka by prof. Ing. arch. Ivan Ruller, develops its potential and considers further expansion
